Platform-Specific Data Collection

Telegram Message Storage

Due to technical limitations of the Telegram Bot API, we store the last 5 messages locally for each user:

  • Reason: Telegram Bot API doesn't provide message history access, unlike Discord
  • Storage: Last 5 messages per user stored locally in secure database
  • Purpose: Enables the bot to maintain conversation context for better AI responses
  • Retention: Automatically rotated (oldest messages deleted when new ones arrive)
  • Content: Message text, timestamps, and user identifiers

Discord Message Handling

No Local Storage: Discord provides message history through their API, so we don't store Discord messages locally. We only access recent message context during active conversations.

Google Calendar Integration Data

When you use Google Calendar features:

  • Google Calendar Access: We access your Google Calendar data only when you explicitly request calendar-related actions (creating events, reading your schedule, etc.)
  • Calendar Data Processing: Calendar information from your requests is processed by third-party AI services (DeepSeek, OpenAI) to understand and fulfill your commands
  • No Local Calendar Storage: We do not store your Google Calendar data locally. However, calendar information mentioned in your messages may be retained as part of our message history (as described in the Chat History section above)
  • Specific Data Accessed: Event titles, dates, times, attendees, and descriptions when you request calendar operations

Plugin-Specific Data

Our bot uses a plugin system that may collect additional data depending on which features you use:

  • Command Data: Parameters and arguments you provide to specific commands
  • Preference Data: Settings and configurations you save
  • Integration Data: Data from external services when using integrated features
  • Custom Data: Each plugin may store data relevant to its specific functionality

AI Processing Data

To provide AI-powered responses, your messages are processed by third-party AI services:

  • DeepSeek AI: Your message content, conversation context, and any Google Calendar data mentioned in your requests
  • OpenAI: Your message content, conversation context, and any Google Calendar data mentioned in your requests (when used)
  • Context Handling: For Telegram users, the locally stored last 5 messages are included in AI processing for better context understanding

How We Use Your Information

  • Google Calendar Management: Create, read, update, and delete calendar events only when you explicitly request these actions

Google Calendar Data Usage

Limited Use Compliance: Our use of Google Calendar data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only access your Google Calendar data to provide the calendar management features you explicitly request
  • Calendar data is not shared with third parties except for AI processing to fulfill your requests
  • We do not use your Google Calendar data for advertising, marketing, or any purposes unrelated to the bot's functionality
  • Your calendar data is not stored permanently - only processed temporarily to complete your requests

    • Telegram message history: Rolling 5-message limit (oldest deleted when new arrive)
    • Google Calendar data: Not retained - only processed temporarily
    • Analytics data: Detailed records kept for 90 days, aggregated statistics longer
    • User account data: Stored while you continue to use the service

Children's Privacy
